Alexander Gebele, born 1973, studied law at the Universities of Bonn, Geneva and San Diego. In 1998 he passed the first state examination, in 1999 the Master of Laws (University of San Diego, USA). In 2000 he was admitted to the bar in New York, USA. In 2002 Alexander Gebele was awarded his doctorate on the basis of a thesis on international private law at University of Bonn. In 2003 he completed the second state examination following his legal training in Hamburg with posts in New York, Sydney and Frankfurt am Main. From 2003 until 2007 he worked as a lawyer in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and in London.
Alexander Gebele has been a candidate notary in Hamburg from 2007 until 2010 and has been appointed a notary as from June 1, 2010. He is a lecturer at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre and Norddeutsches Seminar in Hamburg in the field of training auditors. Alxeander Gebele further is a co-author of Beck’sches Formularbuch Bürgerliches, Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht.
